Colombo > Kandy > Katugastota > Bambarella > Enter the nature trail from Bambarella and finish it from Thangappuwa
Above photos were taken from the famous Knucles nature trail. It is about 14 km long if you are going only to the first peak and avoids Alu Lena. Hiking here is a really good outdoor experience. If you are going to visit here in the rainy season, remember it's the capitol of leech kingdom.
